The journey to the Summer Stuntfest is possible with all common means of transport. However, we ask you to think of the environment and to use the various public transportation options or to carpool.
Summer Stuntfest will take place at the following address:

If you arrive by public transport, it is recommended to go to the train station Bensheim-Auerbach. From there it is just under 1 km to the location.
There are about 300 parking spaces directly at the site. If these are occupied, we ask you to park on the surrounding streets.
The instructions of the parking attendants on the premises must be followed at all times.
There are enough toilets and showers for all participants on the Stuntfest site.
All sanitary facilities are accessible around the clock and free of charge for all participants.
On the Stuntfest area there is a varied offer of food and drinks at fair prices.
Bringing your own food and drinks is allowed. However, please note that the preparation of food (with grill, gas stove, etc.) is prohibited on the entire site! Likewise, glass bottles are prohibited throughout the premises. Bag checks will be conducted upon entering the grounds.
Smoking is permitted on the Stuntfest site only in designated areas.(Chill & Charging Area)
Barbecuing is prohibited on the entire Stuntfest site due to fire regulations.
The area of TSV Auerbach is to be kept clean, please use the attached trash cans and trash containers.
Glass bottles and other glass containers are prohibited on the entire Stuntfest site!
The carrying, use or consumption of illegal drugs is prohibited, see BGB and BtMG. German criminal law applies here. The abuse and / or disregard of these legal paragraphs entails the immediate exclusion of the Stuntfest and a criminal charge.

Tickets are expected to be available in advance until 07/22/2024 or until sold out.
The box office opens at the same time as the check-in. Thus, all spontaneous decision-makers have the opportunity to still get a Stuntfest ticket here.
Attention: The tickets at the box office are more expensive than the advance ticket!
Also there will be only one box office, should the tickets not be sold out before!!! If advance tickets are sold out, there will be NO box office.
There will be a limited number of event shirts and a selection of merchandise available again this year. However, both will only be available for purchase at the event in our ICheer Shop. Again, the principle is “first come, first serve… while supplies last”.

No access to the premises can be granted if you arrive after midnight on Friday.
For check-in you will need your ticket (printed or digital) and a valid identification document (ID card, passport, driver’s license). No access to the premises can be granted without a valid identification document.
Each underage participant requires a supervisor. Each supervisor may supervise up to 5 minors. The supervisor must also be a participant of the Stuntfest.
This form must be signed in full and handed in (physically) during check-in. Minors must be accompanied by the above-mentioned supervisor at check-in. If the supervisor arrives at a later time, we cannot allow the minors to stay on the Stuntfest premises until the supervisor arrives.

At the camping check-in tent there will be several electrical outlets at your disposal. We ask you to use them exclusively for inflating air mattresses and the like. For charging smartphones and the like, please use the designated Chill & Charging Area.
At check-in you will be given a large garbage bag, please use it and leave the place as you found it. We will be happy to give you more trash bags if the one per site is not enough. Just ask our camping staff for it.
On Saturday and Sunday, medical support and physios will be on site during the day to take care of you in case of an emergency.
Entering the sports facility and green area of TSV Auerbach is at your own risk. We assume no liability for lost or stolen items. The general terms and conditions of ICheer UG must be observed. With the online ticket order and participation in the Stuntfest, these are fully accepted and confirmed.
